Our basketball program emphasizes fine tuning the fundamentals of the game. Our goal is to work with athletes who have the dedication and drive to succeed in the game.We will focus on ball handling, shooting, maximizing the use of a screen, defensive positioning, rebounding, and reviewing the different types of cuts on offense. Keeping our athletes in top condition will further enhance their ability in the game, therefore, we will incorporate speed, agility, core and weight lifting.We have had great successes with our basketball training programs. Many of our players and teams are ranked amongst the best in the state, with some athletes moving on to play college basketball. Our goal is to work hard in training so that we may excel on the court.
